1. What makes Dusky India different from other skincare
brands?

Dusky India focuses on 100% natural formulations made with thoughtfully sourced plant ingredients. We don’t use artificial fragrances the aroma you experience comes purely from the ingredients themselves. Our products are gentle, effective, and created especially keeping Indian skin and climate in mind.

2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulations are designed to be gentle and soothing. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use, especially if you have highly reactive skin.

3. Do your products contain artificial fragrance or harsh chemicals?

No. We do not add synthetic fragrance, parabens, or harsh chemicals. We use eco-certified preservatives to maintain product safety while keeping formulations clean.

4. How long does it take to see results?

Since our products are natural, results may vary depending on your skin type and concern. Typically, you may start noticing visible improvements within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

5. Are your products suitable for all skin types?

We create targeted formulations for different skin types and concerns — acne, dryness, pigmentation, tan, aging, etc. Please check individual product descriptions to find your best match.

6. Can I combine multiple Dusky India products in one routine?

Absolutely. Our products are formulated to work harmoniously together. You can build a routine using cleanser, serum/gel, moisturizer or oil based on your skin’s needs.

7. Are Dusky India products cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not test our products on animals. 

8. What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacturing. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6–8 months for best freshness and efficacy.

9. How should I store my products?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Since our formulations are natural, proper storage helps maintain potency.

 10. Do you offer customized gift hampers?
